The house is getting quiet, let the Xmas time begin!

The lovely khaos that six little JRT rascals can cause is turning into a peaceful silence. Well, not quite as one of the puppies is still at home waiting for her move to the northern Finland and of course there is the normal hussle around. I am however very happy that each of the puppies found just the right kind of home.

Six little rascals

Well over three weeks have gone by almost without noticing and I simply haven't found time to write my blog. So the big news: we are having JRT puppies! There are six little rascals that are starting to explore the world around them. Two girls are still available to good, loving homes.

The mom of the pups, Nuna (Entre Nous Lucina) has done excellent job in taking care of her little ones. The sire, young and handsome Korppu (Boldandbrainy Jack-of-All-Trades) died tragically in an accident only a few weeks after the mating which makes these puppies very special.

May I introduce: Héas de Loubajac

The new addition to team Entre Nous is this lovely, lively and lovable French male puppy called  Héas de Loubajac. He is such a joy!

It was a huge moment for me as a breeder to get so many of my "puppies" to the Heinola specialty show in the beginning of September. We had a wonderful day in the ring and outside it as well. The top moment was when our judge, Saija Juutilainen chose our breeders class BIS3 from well over 20 breeder groups in the ring.  Thank you so much, all of you and especially those that stayed to show the breeders class although it was a long day.

Summer news

A lot has been happening during the few summer months. I will try to remember at least some of the most remarkable news.

In Mikkeli international dog show in July Entre Nous dogs gained some great success: BOB was a young and handsome junior male "Esko", Entre Nous Orion and BOS was "Nuna", Entre Nous Lucina, who was also just mated. And BOB-puppy was our sweet little "Myrtti", Etre Nou Quirina. Also "Midas", Entre Nous Midas was shown with excellent.

The next day our young French import Fajou de Loubajac had his show debyt and it went so much better than I'd ever thought. He showed himself so well and was chosen BOS! A friend of a friend took some lovely pictures of him - thank you!

Also "Vissa", Entre Nous Camomille Bleue has done well in show rings. She has earned three CACs and was BOB in Kemi all breed show. Congrats Kati!

Some obedience success: Tarja Mäkelin and her JRT Sylvi, EN Eirene placed third in open class and did their second "first price result"! Maria Tarhi ja her Pyrshep Ronja, EN Herbe de Feu earned their title TK1 by having their third first prize form the beginners class. Well done girls!

"Merlin" (EN Cumin des Prés) had a girlfriend visiting from Sweden called "Tix", Ardoise de Loubajac.  There are five puppies born, three black males, one fawn male and a black girl. Huge congratulations Monica and Ulrika from Kennel Hob-Nob's. As far as I know, there are still some boys available - they are only two weeks old.

And finally some recent puppy news. "Nuna", Entre Nous Lucina has been mated to a young and very handsome boy "Korppu", Boldandbrainy Jack-Of-All-Trades. Cross your fingers that there will be a nice litter of little JRT rascals born in the end of September!

Only one left

Weeks have gone by really fast and on friday evening it was time for Titi-uu and her two black boys Skip (EN Merde du Diable) an Morris (EN Mors du Diable) to leave to their own homes. On saturday I drove to Helsinki and left Fari (EN Miroir de Vénus) to the hands of her new owner who flew a long, long way to pick her up. When I write this Fari and her new mom should be in the plane on their way to Seattle, USA.

One is still left. The merle boy Albus (EN Mandragore Bleu) is available to an active home.

Sitting exercises

The 2,5 weeks old Pyrshep puppies are starting to get on their feet and the next pictures are a proof of their sitting skills!
