Eyes wide open

Ruuti's puppies are already two weeks old and every one of them has their eyes already open. Here are some pictures of the little elves in the spirit of Christmas time:

Ruuti and her boxing team

In between the two showing days in Helsinki Ruuti decided to deliver her little JRT rascals. Well, what would be more efficient than to spend the days in a show and help a dog in a birth at night? Everything went fine and Ruuti had a litter of six puppies, three girls and three boys. They were named after boxing theme since that night a Finnish heavy weight boxer Rober Helenius won European Championship. The smallest girl belongs clearly to the featherweight as she was only a bit less than 100 grams at birth - so she was named Höyhen (Feather). Dispite of her small size she has been just fine and now at the age of five days she already weights around 170 grams! So, here is our boxing team, the boys first:

Youngsters in a show ring

Entre Nous juniors and one youngster took part to the Helsinki Winner show last saturday and the Winner-11 show on sunday and with quite a success. I can't thank enough the owners of these wonderful young dogs, so thank you once more Johanna, Kati and Pauliina!

Vissa visited a photographer

Finally!!!

A bit over year ago we were at the airport with Titi-uu (EN Incarvillée) waiting for a flight to Belgium to meet her fiancee. Well, because of a terrible snow storm the flight was cancelled and we spent our Christmas eve at the airport. Last summer her fiancee Aubisq was already here in Finland, but for some reason the mating never succeeded. And now - Aubisq has mated Titi-uu without any problems and I am very, very hopefull that this time we will se the puppies born!

Ruuti will soon have her puppies

Ruuti the JRT will have her litter around the independence day of Finland - that is the 6th of December. Her belly is already as round as can be and we are expecting a good sized litter. The puppies are sired by the same handsome male Elvis (Dirtdigger's Love Me Tender) that has had a litter with Ruuti's dam Pii four years ago (Entre Nous J-litter). I am very much in love with those dogs in the J-litter and wish that Ruuti will have equally nice puppies. Well, we will soon see! Here is a picture of Ruuti before her belly started to grow:

The youngsters in Jyväskylä show

The ten month old siblings Merlin (EN Cumin des Prés), Yes-Yes (EN Coriandre Bleue) and Vissa (EN Camomille Bleue) were shown for the first time in Jyväskylä international show. The results were absolutely fantastic: Merlin was best male 2 got CAC on both days, Yes-Yes was also best female 2 with a CAC on saturday and got EXC on sunday. Vissa got got EXC on saturday as well. Here are pictures of the threesome:

Esko started his show career

Esko (Entre Nous Orion) is a fine young boy that started his show career in a match show by plasing BIS4! Well done, congratulations Satu!

Fajou came to Finland

In the beginning of October we got a new member to our dog pack: a one year old black boy Fajou de Loubajac came from France. He has been adjusting to his new environment bit by bit and is already doing really well. He is a lovely boy and I am very thankful for his breeder Catherine de Tomballe and Sylvie Courtois who helped me to get him to Paris and Finland. Here are some pictures of him:

Paplo (Entre Nous Clou de Girofle), 8 months, sent his summer regards along with a bunch of pictures. He is obviously enjoying both swimming and playing ball.

Pyrshep puppies growing, a male puppy still available

The puppies of NouNou are getting livelier and lovelier each day. The merle boy "Pikku-Ukko" is still available to a good and active home. Here are some pictures of them at almost six weeks of age:

Nice boy Jeppe

Jeppe (Entre Nous Janus) was best male 4 in Kouvola dog show and best male 3 in Heinola dog show. He is chacing his last certificate to complete his champion title, but this time he got two rexCAC's. Well, the real one has to come some day too! :) Kristiina Kuronen took some very lovely pictures of Jeppe, thank you so much Krisse!

Merlin started his show "career"

Merlin was BOB-puppy in both Kouvola and Heinola all breed dog shows which was nice, but the best part was, that he acted like he's always been there and done that. My lovely boy! Here's some evidence, the first picture is taken by me and for the rest I am thankful to Seija Vikman (photographer) and Kaisa Heino (camera).
